Hi, my dad who is 94 is making a spinning wheel and he is stuck at how to make the grove on the outside of the large wheel. He has all the common wood working tools including a lathe but it is not large enough to mount a wheel. The part I am looking at is at 51 sec in the video. Thanks if you see this.
