Hi, I have not received my costomer Return product from courier partner and I don't have any contact number.I raised ticket in Meesho, but no use. Can you please tell how to get my product.
Ok , means you're facing courier partner service issue not meesho than you need to track ur parcel from tracking I'd or ask/try to reach courier partner through meesho. Meesho can help to provide courier details not more
@@AnjfashworldI tracked with AWB number and it showed that the product reached to courier centre,but that courier person was not delivered. Meesho told that track through AWB number only. How to get courier partner address and contact number from meesho please tell.
Continuously raise request for courier person details or ask meesho to raise dispute or provide mail ID of meesho so that you can escalate this issue once ur issue will be escalated you'll get all details bz meesho customer care is not at all good even meesho don't have any own courier partner that why seller faces such kind of issues
