Stomach vacuums. They’re very low impact, can be done almost anywhere (even discretely), they’re safe for and can help heal diastasis recti, and they’re going to strengthen and tone the muscles of our natural “corset”. You can find tons of videos on RU-vid for this extremely simple exercise.
Would you say that the same would work after an open myomectomy surgery? Also, when would you start, how often would you do these exercises, and when would you stop post op?
How long do you wear these for I barely wore mine and my c section scar is on my pubic area and now I’m wondering how do I wear this for very low diastisis recti below my belly button I’m 5’1 and I’m wondering if I have to wear a belly wrap and a low pelvic wrap to bring my lower abs back together will this work or no or do I have to work out and it’s been 22 months since I had my baby girl
Thank you for sharing. I was wearing it upside down. So I see most support is at the bottom of our tummy. When I tighten it, I notice the top portion of my tummy a roll is present, is that okay? Because I am squeezing the bottom, I feel like it the lose skin moves to the top and I have this roll below my chest above my waist band. Is that normal? Also, why can’t we wear it directly on our skin? Is it because of the marks it leaves on the skin? Also, the instructions say to not wear the 3rd part until after week 6 or 7, can we do sooner? I am one that had baby vag. And did not tear, so is it okay to wear the tired now?

My scar almost 7 years old and no one ever told me about massaging my scar or anything after I had my son. I’m guessing it’s because they didn’t know 🤷♀️ I do have sciatica and 5 bulging disc in my back from a failed epidural here’s to hoping this helps ❤
What is the best belt for a vertical c section and possible hysterectomy c section??? I'm so worried about coughing or sneezing and bursting my incision but I am a larger woman i suppose or more curvy, I have hips and love handles and fhese always roll for me or I cannot sit in it... 😞
Please tell me about mothers who have had c sections years ago. Ive had four and the latest one is two yr old scar. Do i need to do these same exercises? Just found out that a scar massage is a thing. So tired of the tummy overhang and scar tightness.
