That looks like Sketchup, the sketchup 3D warehouse is loaded with scaffolding parts that people put together to make these. You can also tell by the black end points on each line that are very big. Thats an Architectural modelling style in Sketchup.
Fair few things wrong with some of these builds. The kind of things that you would know were wrong if you actually scaffolded. Also the builds that you showed most scaffolders wouldn't need to have a design drawn up for them. Bottom line.......poo.
bang on son I spotted so many instances where they've got it wrong like for instance a ledger on double with the return ledger also on a double then the transom directly above that, there's no way your wrap would do up in that position
