Any list that claims to be the only NES playlist you'll ever need without including anything from Ghost and goblins, the original Contra, or anything from the Addams family game is flat out lying to you.
Nintendo truly dominates the LCD game market. And one reason is the scoring. Score increases with easing up to each number that can be divided by 100 with remainder zero. So to explain the easing it is like a sinus function - e.g. when you reach 100 the game becomes much easier and increases again to 200 (but 200 is harder than 100). The scoring creates a natural high when you beat each score divisible by 100, and then you have some moments to compose yourself. Also there are always game A (easier) and game B (harder). Not only that but usually the gameplay is different. Like for Lifeboat you have two boats in game A and 1 boat in game B. The change is really big, because the strategy has to be changed completely. For a really good game with a lot of replayability I would recommend Squish. The maze I think is random with maybe some rules how to construct it, so that you always have a way out. It is possible to have a maze in which you don't have a way to escape, but it happens very rarely.
It really makes me wonder if anyone also used these game and watch handhelds for an alarm clock? I done it with the DS' animal crossing alarm clock, I'm sure someone used it
I was hoping to find one game in this video, but didn't see it. Maybe one of y'all know it, don't know the name and remember the details very faintly. Side scroller game, I think like a maze, and remember there being lots of pipes. I know for sure it wasn't Mario Bros but I can't freaking remember the name of it or what the game as about it.
I'm gonna be honest: I don't think either Wrecking Crew song belonged on here. There are so many good songs that just weren't included here that are far better than Wrecking Crew.
Did you know you can live forever? Jesus, the Son of God, gave His life for us. He was sacrificed for our sins and was resurrected. Repent, follow Jesus, and live forever! He loves you, and has made a new home for you in Heaven! - If you want to learn more about Jesus and how to live forever, check out the Gospel (the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) within the New Testament of the Holy Bible. Each book is an eye witness account of the miracles He performed, His death, resurrection, and His promise to you!
did i miss wilys fortress from II, thats such a banger. The guardian legend title screen track is ok but all of those corridor tunes totally eclipse it like the under water levels
I have a confession to make... for some reason the intro to Venus The Flytrap, the images and music combined, scared me as child. I always closed off my ears and wait for it to be over before playing the game.
Not to be "that guy," but the song at 1:48:52 is from TMNT2, not the first TMNT game. You know what? No, I WILL be "that guy" because you're crediting the wrong game. TMNT1 might have been hard as balls, but it had its own good music and doesn't need to steal the credit for TMNT2's music.
Thank you for the list. As a kid I had a bootleg game that had 80 or so GB games and I recognised some of them in this video, although I didn't find all of them. And I've been playing Yu-Gi-Oh! recently, so I remembered that Gradius is also a game.
There are about 1043 games for the Gameboy. I can think about idk 50 games which are actually worth playing, which is merely 5% of the total number of games. I dont want to diminish the Gameboys great repultation, but many of the rather not-so-well known games were mostly not worth spending your pocket money and time on. The early 90s was a great and exciting time to witness the rise of videogame culture, it was an era of trials, hits and mistakes. Very nostalgic.
