Very disappointing. Comments made about appreciation of current loyal customers, but not backed up by the product. Tado could produce and V3+ Thread Bridge to allow phased upgrades. Instead, a customer that requires thread or more than 25 devices, has to go out a replace every single Tado device in their home. Also, why does the UK need the wireless thermostat for launch? Most UK homes require the Wired Thermostat only....

Kurzes Update hierzu: im April 2024 hatten wir (in Deutschland) genau 50 Stunden mit negativen Preisen, und wir stehen jetzt am 13. Mai schon bei 41 Stunden für den Mai 2024.

Well, nice - unfortunately the Market Price of electric energy in Leipzig does not correspond with the CO2 value - even with a Price of 0€ there can be a quite high CO2 emmition due to the fact of missing grid transport capacity from north to south. Not the COST SAVING should be the goal rather CO2 CONSUMPTION SAVINGS.
Ich habe Tado Heizkörperthermostate. Ich habe mir Tado Wandthermostate dazu bestellt. Bisher noch kein Video dazu gefunden wie man Heizkörperthermostate mit den Wandthermostate verbindet. Jeder Raum ein Heizkörperthermostat und ein Wandthermostate.
Anyone else experiencing temperature overshoots every day at startup? There seems to be no adaptive algoritm in Tado... (even worse: setpoint 20, actual room temp 20.2 and Tado boiler switch is still on.....)
This is a software based function and relying on it for accurate data is a big mistake.The proper window detection should also include a hardware sensor for 100% accuracy.
ok lets say I have 8x radiators at home and each of them has a tado valve right + there is 1x Tado thermostat.... its winter and I want to make sure that there will be 22 degrees in Bathroom and 20 everywhere else... so Tado valve in bathroom will drop to 19 and then booom start heating, assume its 1x zone house, so other radiators are already 20 degrees so no need to heat up, Heating started in bathroom as ..... its 22 degrees job done, but what about other radiators where was already 20 degrees... boilder with 1x zone will have to heat up everything else until there is 22 degrees in bathroom right ? We cant stop to heat in other rooms, because its 1x zone... am I right ?
I think valves will close when required temperatures are reached so no water will flow into those radiators, only into those ones which are colder than requested
