The reason your water pump failed is due to heat from Texas climate, that is expected in change of climate. You did very well with your mileage changing the water pump at 100k

My wife loves her Jeep. I appreciate being able to work on it. I’ve done more work maintaining that car than I’ve ever done before. But it’s so easy to work on you can do most simple things yourself.
Perspective. In 2012 a 1 bedroom, 800 sq ft apartment in Frisco, TX was $735 a month. That same 1 bedroom is now $1,553 1999 the price range was about $500-$600 for a 1bedroom across Dallas for the same amenities. And it recent years it spiked. But my $1200 a month apartment in Woodland Hills, CA is now $1600 so it seems to be happening everywhere.

May I ask...how do you get up and move from your city....and go to a new city ...and the apartments require 3x the rent and a lot of the jobs on indeed pay 15-20 an hour how do you get into an apartment and prove 3x the proof of income??

Wow, Extended warranty if you buy anything that you do not know how to work on yourself. money well spent. Unfortunately, people get the car/Jeep/Truck of their dreams and fail to research it. Leather seats in a Jeep are the most uncomfortable unless it's the JL. Personally, I would never get leather for a Jeep. But good info.
