Here you will find stories and meditations for relaxation and sleep. Become a Warrior for your Wellbeing! Brave Cariad means "Brave Beloved." I hope you will become your own Brave Cariad as you explore new inner worlds.
The reason I alway run gray fox is because people commonly run discard pile shenanigans. Same with winged twilight I suppose delver probably might be better.
Cariad, I think of Frazzled Alfiq + skooma rackeeter or/and assassins ritual, plus moon gate and other wax/wane, when the frazzled activates one damage it deletes a enemy creature, it's a green/blue(assassin) deck, you can complement this with move cards, in a khajiit themed deck. I love the kitties!
Moon gate would be on theme really works well. I have a similar training grounds wane wax assassin deck though lack of silence options probably hurts it.
True. Moon gate is a strong pick. I am not a big fan of supports though - I prefer removing them. I like Thieves Den Support (and Training grounds if playing a tribal deck) but am less keen on the rest of the supports. It's just my play style to generally avoid running supports.
Hold on, hold on. Wait a second here. How the heck is Tazcad in a deck with card that feature great lines?! He gives us the brilliant, “Braargghhhrhhh!” How in the heck does that non-verbal nothingness make the cut?! ;)
hahahahaha. Because I speak Goblin and that is Tazzie's goblin war cry! I wish I could do a good impersonation of it - that and the evil chuckle of gobln shaman...even when they are played against me I cannot help enjoying the sounds they make. I am sure you will learn Goblin speak soon, Sir Schwaaard!
@@BecomingBraveCariad Actually, I have, Lady Brave. In the goblin tongue, Tazzie’s war cry roughly translates as, “The bittersweet call of violence beckons, and I am inexplicably drawn to it without reason or fear.” ;)
haha I have doing a khajiit tribal on my list so I have made a note to include that card. A lot of the khajiit visuals - especially premium ones - are lovely so I might use some of my gems to get more premium khajiits.
oh yes, turning into a dragon is hard to beat. Don't know if you are into A song of ice and fire but I suspect Dany will be turning into a dragon at the end of the books because I think the Targs are dragons in human form and the magic that made them transform will be unravelled. GOT cut out most of the fantasy elements of the books as they were deemed to be niche not marketable to a global audience. At some point I would like to do book reviews on novels I like in the fantasy/swords and sorcery genre...so my reasoning for this idea must wait.
@@bighein7688 the books are way better than the tv series. I liked the tv series until the writing started getting lazy...yet am still grateful to the series as after season 3 I got fired up to read the books. So glad I did!
You're right! It is a great line, so profound...I now want to do a sequel featuring Martin. I was lucky enough to get a premium Martin in a random pack so a good excuse to get him out.
thank you! I love that it's still possible to be creative in this game. I want to make a deck called Chitter Chatter based on cards that have my favourite lines in the game...so a deck based n what the cards say. I think that will be vey fun.
Yes. When I started playing Ayleids were hardly ever seen. I wouldn't mind if only one was allowed per deck but the number of times people resummon them to get a full board is tedious.
@@lucio_xilo yes, I actually like the art and the sound effect that come with the Ayleids...it's just a shame they have become so abused. One per deck is fair and as you say resources can be used to get them back if needed. I have a friend recently returned from the game and she is trying to get into middle tier...she told me last night she kept getting back to back games where people just delay until they can summon Ayleids. Partiicularly hard on players like her who don't have a full collection so don't have counters for them.
hahaha yes, I do like to be polite and thank an opponent for their time when I take a win. If they take the win and have impressed me I will use the fine battle emote. I like the voicing on my khajit avatar...I used to use a dark elf avatar but she sounded sarcastic.
@@BecomingBraveCariad Thanks, me too. I was wondering: Have we ever played with you? My nickname is J A M A L On my avatar, I have a redguard in red clothes.
@@Jamal_Al_Assassin your TESL game name sounds familiar. I think I may have played you on ladder last year - the avatar with the nice red cloak and hat. I cannot remember what decks we were running, but I do remember thinking you had an interesting deck at the time.
@@BecomingBraveCariad I play mostly only on rating games, but yes, that's right, I have interesting decks, for example, I recently made a pirate deck that sрамs corsairs, etc.
Thank you for your kind comment and for being here! I was tired when I filmed this one, but I love the game so am glad I made the effort to play after work.
Thanks! I was worried I would sound a bit flat as I was very tired but I enjoyed it once I got going. Happily Schwaaard is back doing TESL content too...I enjoy watching other TESL content creators as well as doing my own videos...The TESL community is lovely, am glad I am part of it.
Yes, I originally planned to put that game in a video with the taster I posted on Sunday, but i was short on time so posted them as separate videos. Thank you for your support, I'm glad you are here.
duneripper & apex predator = killer combo I haven't been good using Duneripper properly yet. I always save the spot for 2 apex and 2 cliff. I will try something different with him
Either choice is vicious...cliff racer makes for a classic finish but duneripper is pretty savage. I like cards that have an instant effect on the board...even if they get removed they have already given value.
You're right. I don't always make the best decisions in the heat of the moment. However, I also wanted to echo the finale of the game that first took me to legend by closing out with Aspect of Hircine...I love an Aspect of Hircine finish and find it hard to pass up the chance of one.
Thank you. Yes, I can see how it would appear that way as I was forced to play defensively. I call it an aggressive deck but not pure aggro, which has a lower curve. The curve on this deck is 1 drops - 6, 2 drops - 31, 3 drops - 25, 4 drops - 9, 5 drops - 3, 6 drops -2, 7 drops -1 and 8 drop -1. So the curve is way lower than traditional altar Telvanni. The controlling elements - harpy to stop drain creatures and Piercing Twlight to counter Alduin/Parth loop if I get delayed and forced to round 9.
@@BecomingBraveCariad I have the feeling that mournhold traitor slows you down, as the last gasp backfires to a guard creature for your opponent. Maybe there is another two drop with acceptable synergies?
Hello! Thank you for asking. I'm not good at recognising singleton decks. I assumed it was the usual delay until you can keep copying Ayleid Guardians type. I thought perhaps they had drawn badly. I actually think singleton Telvanni is fun - I like what ayross.npo does with his. I will be featuring a couple of forms of Telvanni as part of my trip down TESL memory lane - I used to run an aggressive build, and also Telvanni zoo. I think there are plenty of ways to be creative with Telvanni.
