In 1994, we sung this at an interschool swimming carnival. Suffice to say that the marist brothers that ran our school were incredibly displeased. The thing that's most amazing about this is that at about 1:42 he starts picking (not tapping) the triads that later became the revolutionary tapping section. Incredible! Imagine being there when he made the transition from picking to tapping out those three note chords and changed the world. Awesome ! What a find!
This specific recording has eddies best tone in my opinion. Like a very raspy version of the brown sound and it also screams a bit more with a little bouncy-ness I don’t know how to describe it but it’s just so strong and piercing I love it.

Just sheer guitar lion power!! The speed and articulation is jaw dropping! There's no one today that can barely touch that level of passion, creativity, and innovation. All the modern shredders - no matter how good everyone thinks they are - are mere shadows cast by Eddie's firey light!
I felt like I could've watched Billy and Dave shoot the breeze for a while. They're both great conversationalists. I like the guys in Aerosmith, but like the video poster said they seemed not quite as into it.
