Wtf did he think was gonna happen guy can’t carry momentum or speed through corners let alone off the gas in rollers leading to that jump. Poor 250r needs a better owner
What jetting did you run in the 450. I have one with some light mods and there isn't a shop to help me tune it where I am at out in the country. Mine has a massive dead spot off idle after the airbox and exhaust upgrades
Eek... That's a tough decision. The 450r is definitely faster, more reliable, and handles like a dream. But the 250r is so much fun... 6 gears vs 5.. plus the Smurf juice smoke.. like riding a pissed off hornet. But I gotta choose the 450
Both really are awesome machines. Honda reliability and genius simple design in both quads is what really sets them apart and why you saw more Hondas on the track in the two stroke days and also why you still see more Hondas on the track now that 4 strokes have taken over. Just like the video implies, the razor sharp front end and predictable slidability of the backend on the 250 makes it the legend that it is but you have to admit if you have ridden both that it's EASIER to go fast on the 450. It just puts the power to the ground and also handles great with less slide, more carve. Real men ride two strokes though, at the end of the day lol. Just kidding but not really LOL
No school like old school 250r for ever . I have a 250r garage queen I take out some times just to let the new quads known what a real atv is and it kicks ass every time 30 years old .
@@tacatv129 when I bought mine in 87 it scare me at all , I did a full nut and bolt restoration 4 years ago original motor just changed the suspension and swing arm ( I got fat over time ) and it looks like it just came off the dealer floor, I'm older and it scares the hell out of me .
That 4-stroke will smoke it everywhere.. but "out of the hole" ! *Plus modern high- performance 4-strokes run smoother/run longer..& wont tire you out as much* . Im happy w/my Yamaha quads thanks. #Sportquads #Yamaha #Maxima #Fox
I've owned an 86 and 88 trx 250r,2013,2007,and 2014 450r,2 I still have,and a few at 250rs 86,81,84,... honda is best by far. I miss the 2 stroke sound but a 450r is every bit as good as a 250r,rider means a lot. They are all great machines
