Stay Away from This Product! My experience with the Medcline pillow has been nothing short of a disaster. I contacted them shortly after receiving the pillow because the steep wedge was causing intense lower back pain. Instead of addressing my concerns, their response was a dismissive insistence that I “give it 30 days” before they would even consider a refund. I followed their advice, and now I’m stuck dealing with excruciating lower back pain and inflamed discs that have necessitated multiple chiropractor visits, with no relief in sight. The pillow’s unnatural angle for side sleeping has only exacerbated my issues, turning what was supposed to be a solution into a nightmare. When I finally reached out for a full refund, I was told I was “outside the refund window.” It feels like a cruel scam, trapping you with a product that only causes pain and frustration. Save yourself the agony and look elsewhere-this pillow is a costly and painful mistake.
My experience wasn’t great either. I figured they’d contact me to try and get me properly fitted after we posted the review, but I haven’t heard a thing.
Since you tested the plush and plush firm, would the firm and extra firm have better edge support? I’m looking for a firm option with little to no sinkage or dips so I can sit up in bed to watch TV or read without making a hole in the bed and having my spine go out of alignment.

I would go with the Bear Elite Hybrid, but that is more a personal preference. Plus it has notably better edge support which is going to make quite a difference for couples, if you’re in a queen that is. The Nolah runs a bit softer than the Bear, but for me that would be a concern of just how soft is the bed 5 years later.
Great review! As someone who lives with pretty constant anxiety, year in, year out, it looks like a good product. Can you set the different breaking patterns? For example, box breathing or 4-7-8 breathing? Thx!

Hey, nice review with great information! Some constructive criticism: It would aid the watching experience if the video was using the youtube chapters system to separate the sections of the video. Some viewers are more/less interested in some sections. It might also help with viewer trust if you briefly in each video go over what sleepline is. It is after all important for the viewer to trust that the reviewee is giving relatively unbiased and correct information. Another minor thing is the audio, where it feels a bit compressed. The editing and structure of the review is pretty snappy and good!
Naturepedic is using a thicker gauge coil vs industry standard, especially when talking bed in a box. It also has an additional turn vs the standard and because of that they are much more durable.
This mattress feels fantastic to lie on for side sleepers (especially the LUX) -- tried a bunch of major brands in a store (HELIX, LEESA, DREAMCLOUD, BEAR, WINKBED etc). I am 6'1" at 245 pounds. Surprised the reviews have not been more complimentary elsewhere. Of course I'm not sure how well it lasts or what it is like to spend a night on but I was very impressed with the pressure relief...
Interesting. Some of the scores felt a bit harsh in a couple of categories (highest was a 4 out of 5 which is not exactly stellar) when compared to what others have been saying and yet u ended up endorsing it strongly...

To get a 5 on our reviews a mattress has to be an incredibly strong standout, we’ve given very few 5s across all of our reviews as 5 would entail zero compromises within that category. Most other channels hand out higher scores more often in the hopes that you purchase, we’d rather grade a bit more harsh and true so when a product gets a 5 it truly is remarkable.
That’s why I’m going with the firm or extra firm. He tested the plush and plush firm which are way too soft and hence less edge support. I read a review from Terilynn Adams and she prefers the extra firm. She bought 3 of them, one for her mountain home and she tried the plush top and sent it back for the classic that’s in her main house.
@@MichelleNovalee Another factor to consider is one’s own weight. My husband is about 185lbs and he finds the firm comfortable because it molds to his body. We’ve had the mattress for 2 months and at first it did feel like I was sleeping on a carpet floor but it got better. I’m 123lbs so I don’t sink in as much and found the firm too firm for me. I bought the Serta down illusion mattress topper and that solved my problem. I need the mattress to be firm because my husband has back problems but we still need it to be soft enough to not feel like you’re sleeping on cement. I also found the plush to be uncomfortably soft because they had no support. We are happy with our purchase. I think that the extra firm would be way too firm but every person’s body is different.
@@user-ks3qr5fk6m oh nice! So you ended up with the Naturepedic instead of the temperpedic? Did you get the EOS? I know they have split sides so you can adjust the firmness on each side. I want to try the Serenade because it has a better price point and I think I will get the firm as they don’t even offer that one in extra firm. I wonder how it compares to the EOS though?

Thanks for the review. I wonder why they would not set these up to block (all) frequencies - not just the low ones. As it stands now, the only two options for sleep buds are these, and the Anker Soundcore A20's. The A20's don't have ANC, only (masking) - so I don't really know what would be more effective to silence an (actual) loud snoring person right next to you. I have heard low and high frequencies from various snoring people, so cutting out only the low frequencies would not be adequate at all. I may try the A20's just to see how effective they are. Bitter isn’t the right word, frustrated that we wasted $1200. Yes. Frustrated that they didn’t even care to help us, or fix the situation. Yes. I commented on every video because they filter reviews on their website, and in order to get my point across to them, and to someone actually looking to purchase one, I had to do that. Curious how this compares to yogibo it’s 6’ in length at the same price point. I’ve only tried a moon pod and it’s pretty nice. Haven’t had a chance to try out the yogibo

The Sleep EZ Hybrid uses a 6" coil vs an 8" which is the standard as it has more turns (3 vs. 4) so it's not as durable. Something I forgot to mention in the review is that the coil gauge on the eco terra is really hefty and strong as well, with stronger coils in the center of the mattress which will combat sagging later on. For coils, the lower the gauge, the thicker and more durable the coil. The Eco Terra uses a lower gauge. I also couldn't identify if the Sleep EZ perforates their latex, which makes a huge difference with cooling. I do know that the Eco Terra used perforated latex so it breaths nicely. While I haven't tested the Sleep EZ directly I would be inclined to believe that it will be close to the Eco Terra in comfort, but not as durable.

There’s a small smell noticeable from the latex but it is no where near the level of smell you get out of memory foam products. Once I had sheets over the bed I couldn’t notice it. I’ll start mentioning that in reviews going forward great question!
I bought the EOS Classic Queen, but there is an option to use an upper coil spring layer instead of the latex layer as we did not want any odor at all, or any outgassing from the latex even if it is "organic". No odor, and this is the most comfortable mattress ever!
