What about back to the garage? I am more interested on that. Can it drive itself back to the garage if it's not perfectly parallel to the parking spot? For example, if it's 15 to 30 degrees desaligned relative to the garage?
Hard to say. I know that during the Summon Tesla correcting path of driving according to obstacles sensors see. For sure it will back to the garage in straight line. I can't test it now, just sold my 2016 Model S and bought 2020 Model S where to get summon I have to buy FSD subscription. One day I will test it.

In older Tesla's, like our 2016 Model S regular Summon is included with Autopilot 1. Regular Summon is useful when we need to get out/in from/to tight spaces like small garage or parking spot. Regular Autopilot lets you to move car forward and reverse for maximum 400 ft. Smart Summon is using GPS location of you phone so the car knows your position and where to go. Smart Summon works only on parking lots, not on public roads.

Yes, but Smart Summon works only on parking lots - not on streets. So when on parking lot - go to Summon - you will see option "Come to me" or "Go to target" and circle on map with available distance.
@@kfircastro3178 this is just regular Summon. not smart one. In new Tesla's, like Model 3 and Y to have Summon or Smart Summon you have to have Enhanced autopilot or FSD. In older Model S, even with basic Autopilot 1 regular Summon was included. And regular Summon works on streets. Will post video in a moment.
Nice video, brings memories from way back when I worked a season at the hotel, we got to go our and help with the cabins when they were short handed as well. But to have had a camera like yours back in 1978. Thanx for posting it.

Yes, the app says that I have the latest firmware on both the remote and the Air. I'm going to try one more time in better weather and see if it does that again. Thanks for the reply.
Looks good - are you using the stock PID settings for the G-3D or did you tune it? And did you need to modify the mount on the gimbal to fit the camera?
OB Imagery Thanks, I tried to tune the gimbal but not sure if I got good effect. in this firmware version it is not recommended. Waiting for new firmware. Any way I prefer to fly in manual (stabilize) - in GPS only when taking pictures or video.

Yes great minds think alike. I practice on the Hubsan x4 and a W100S. Was the MinimOSD simple to connect to the FCS-H500 controller? You know, unlike soldering to the Devo-M in the X350 Pro.
Very nice flight! Very cooooold too). Besides cold, how have you been my friend? Do you have many flights on this? Does it control well? I'm putting together two Bumble Bee 550's (1. Naza v2 and 1. APM 2.6) but I'm starting with the Bumble Bee stock FC just to get a good feel for the craft first.
Thanks, have maybe 20-25 flights on it, really like it. Flies very stable, easy to control. I'm using Devo 10 radio (not Devo F12E) with video TX, GoPro H3+ Silver, minimOSD and 7" Boscam LCD. I used to fly QR X350 Pro, this one is 2x haevier and more stable. Building now custom Scout X4 with APM 2.6. At home I fly Hubsan X4, really fun and good way to learn fly in manual.
Wow! You must have really good eyes. I fly at Schiller Woods regularly and would never fly my quad without FPV as far from the flight line as you were, however, I am a geezer. ;-) I have a Blade 350 QX in addition to many fixed-wing aircraft. What type are gear are you flying?
I'm beginner, I should wear my Predators and land safely. I have Walkera QR X350 Pro with Devo 10 TX, Walkera Gimbal G2D, GoPro Hero 3+ Silver, Fat Shark Predator V2, Now I'm on vacation, be back mid August and gonna check the Schiller Woods.
