Care not to tear ur shoulder throwing him on that front on front angle on them. It's better to learn how to pull them and push so you can ankle pick them from the side and use pure momentum and body weight. No tearing a muscle ever again
I liked to crank that opposite elbow accross the chest and push to add leverage on to the side you are breaking down. Grip on the neck is very important to suck that left side in so that you protecting the opposide but still using your whole body against one side. It helps against stronger opponents when you need more leverage.
I always liked using this move. When I get in the ankle, I would like to pull the ankle in to me and push off their shoulder/neck area with my forearm. It creates a push/pull motion and it worked for me. Good video 👌🏽
Wasn't a conventional slide by he just like muscled him by a collar tie and took his back idk if maybe for a second the other guy wasnt their or he's just that strong to pull you by the neck and take your back while standing 😂 obviously tho nicely done
@@grapplinghowto15your welcome I hope you don't hurt your partners, would hate for you to destroy their shoulder, neck, and back so you can keep training.
