My name is bluander, and I love all things cozy, including games.
On this channel expect news on new and upcoming cozy games, let's plays, reviews, and streams especially featuring games with LGBTQ+/POC representation or made by LGBTQ+ creators or creators of color.
Inclusivity and representation in gaming deserve to exist because such a diverse group of people exist and play games! I'm on a mission to make the gaming world a cozier, more inclusive, and more diverse place.
I hope you take some time for yourself today because you deserve it and remember it's safe to be seen! Thank you for stopping by!
Recently got recommended your women-led studios vid and I'm obsessed. Binged all your videos and subscribed😂 Looking forward to watching you grow as a creator!! Also you have a really nice and calming voice!💛 For spring games, I haven't played it yet (it's in my backlog lol) but there's a free-to-play exploration game on steam called LAY and the graphics just scream spring.
I love love love your hair and your whole personality is cozy and comforting! I'll definitely be checking out these games. I'm steadily expanding my game interests into cozier, slow paced games
I would say my favorite realm would be Hidden Forest I love the background sounds of the rain & it’s very relaxing imo. I agree with you there should be more mini games; though I also agree with a comment on here (regarding the seasonal quests & older ones.) I wish thatskygame company added kinda like Mario Bros mini games or something similar would make it more exciting to play. But overall I like Sky as it can be a form of relaxing and doing the new and old seasonal missions is always cool. I put away from doing past seasonal missions but honestly (when I started doing them more) I was surprised how beautiful & interesting the stories are, especially Season of Abyss. Thanks for uploading! I love seeing more people playing Sky 🌷💗
Welcome pc players! I hope you enjoy sky as much as i did when i first started a few years ago, also don't be shy asking for help the community is chill and a lot of veterans (such as myself) will love to help along your journey. Here's a quick tip for you new players, if you are unsure where to find hidden Winged Light your map is your guide! By clicking on it and scan through it you can see these little bright dots which indicate that you haven't collected the wl in the area.
Off course the woods is my favorite. Also, have the game since the beginning in android and always love how everyone fall in love with it. It has been a really special game that have company me through a lot of times, so its always a joy to hear more about it and that many new players could experience that.
Sky does have more minigames you can do with people, certain seasonal quests have cooperative activites you can partake in with many players. You can find old seasonal guides hidden around the realms that you can interact with despite not being there for the season, and some do have minigames to do with others! No spoilers though. 🤫 And if you ever need a guide, I have so much information and tricks to share for any question, I've been playing for a long time.
Great list! As soon as I clicked on this video the first game with a trans character that came to mind was One Night, Hot Springs- so I was happy to see it made your list as well! I am currently (sporadically) playing Calico and it is the cutest game ever. I would play anything those game developers make *throws my money* please more games like Calico!! I appreciated learning about games I didn't know about from your list, like Neurodiver!
Such cool video, thank you for the suggestions had no idea there were so many cool games with trans representation, I'm definitely adding many to my list 💗
Thank you for this video. I’ve subscribed. I loved playing most of Wylde Flowers (it got glitchy toward the end) but the characters were fab, including a non-binary Japanese person who was really sweet. The rest of the cast were very diverse in general.
Thanks so much for the list, this was a great video! Coral Island is without a doubt my favorite farming sim game made in the last few years, it's worth everyone giving it a shot. I'm playing one night, hot springs right now based on your recommendation! :)
That's a great line-up of games and I love how you present them! I'm waiting for the new Fantasy Life game, hoping that instead of the 3DS original it will have some LGBT rep. The original game is one of my fav cozy games, but the strict gender binary divides it keeps up isn't nice at all. I hope they ditched that and if they did it could be great.
Hadn’t heard of a lot of these and many caught my eye, great video and recommendations. One I’d recommend that I haven’t heard many talk about is Haven. They had an update a while ago where you could choose if the main couple was a male x male romance or female x female romance. Haven’t gotten too far but have enjoyed what I have played so far. Definitely already have plans to play it two more times with the other pairings.
It's always exasperating when a channel says they're inclusive and then uses goblin, an antisemitic caricature of Jewish people meant to represent them as inhuman beings driven by greed and cruelty, as a cutesy quirky thing to call people. It's especially egregious now that white supremacists in Europe have been using it to paint Romani people as inhuman and greedy as well, functionally starting to turn it into a slur against not one but two different groups that were targeted and had genocide committed against them historically. I really get kind, gentle vibes from you, but sometimes this kind of thing slips in and it's just really jarring. I feel bad that this comment is so critical when you're so nice, but in this current political climate, I can't help but worry that someone could get the wrong message from this kind of language and assume you're a worse person than you actually are.
