Lachesis overall was not great tbh. Despite it sounding very op on the paper it is not even close to that in reality. I think she will probably be pushed to corner as soon as another celestial avenger gets added. Miss is always an issue with single target hitters, it is not that AOE type heroes dont miss, they also do but every separate instance of damage is treated separately. So even if they miss on one hero they probably wont miss on another. The reason why miss is so frustrating with single hitters is because you have to wait 2 rounds for that ultimate to pop off and do significant damage to a single target only to witness that it was a miss thats why the disappointment from that is amplified. But thats not the only thing why mavis is good. Mavis is amazing for her passive especially the one she unlocks after you upgrade her to 11 stars.
Halysa was certainely the hero that saved the disaster that is Ophelia, by giving every full-doom comps a reliable way to boost your HP and consistently benefit from Ophelia's passive. I still wish they would change how the Sanctuary of Ophelia procs. Assuming they keep the 6th slot for summons in the future seasons, I think you could push Madeline to the same tier as Ophelia, easily. She has become a blessing to get rid of most turn1-holy shields (the baby dragon has a 50% chance to counterattack) and allow Doris's runes to deal full damage on the first turn!
And Athena/Merlin > Sylvian. Athena and Merlin's yellow runes are much more valuable than Sylvian's entire kit, especially for how well their runes synergize with Halysa

Great breakdown! I was surprised Halysa was given away relatively easy being that powerful, it seems they're in a trend to give us secondary season heroes who are stronger than they usually were on past seasons. Sad to know you're retiring from the game, but I understand this seems to be a niche game, so it's not that popular. I hope the devs would do something else to push it's popularity.

Yeah. Addition of season in this game certainly changes things. Dooms are still weak imo in normal gameplays. But in seasonal gameplays it is a different story because of seasonal synergies. I likely wont do sub-synergies. There will be another video to complement all my tierlist videos and that about it for this game. I hope I have been of help to some people and sad to say but im retiring.
Also, I think it would be nice to take into account Awakening for non-royal heroes. LIke Halysa has a great Awakening skills, on tier 2 you greatly boost damage from her ultimate (300% -> 450% or something like this).
All non-royal heroes have awakening that are more or less the same. They dont get a new set of skills or anything. It is just a boost in stats and increase in dmg or effects of their skills. For every hero, it is going to make them better than the non-awakened version of them. So there is no competition of which awakened hero is better, if a hero is better than another hero then they will still be better in awakened version. Yes, some heroes get a greater scaling compared to others but my priority was to not make these videos any longer than they already are.
When I say irrelevant, I mean in pvp, not overall. I understand that he is still quite good in greyshroom and celestial trials but may not be the best option considering an ideal situation where you have access to all heroes and at certain star levels. As I said in the video, his damage is admirable but it is difficult to keep him alive. Yes, the dodge runes will help a little bit but is it really worth to switch for mavis or the other D/D heroes? I dont think so. Regardless of pvp, his performance in PVE and other competitive game modes is why I placed him in tier 6, pretty high.
That sucks. Mastema lacks in many realms of this game. In pvp some people give him credit for giving 2 enchanter syngery with eudora and also Ethereals only have 2 demon heroes, one of them is Mastema. When we get another demon hero in ethereals then pretty sure mastema will be the water boy of Ethereals.
Eventually, you will be forced to build all of them. But early on, my personal recommendation is glorians focusing mainly on Nawi. 11* is the minimum Nawi.
There could be a lot of factors that you cant get through. A screenshot would help me give you better suggestion (you can share on my discord). Otherwise, currently the best lineup would be, mavis, atropos, lachesis, astrid, and salleine.
Wow. I really love and prefer a tier list done by assigning points for categories. It makes a lot more sense to me and I feel like it does a much better job at communicating a unit’s actual strengths/weaknesses
Its still very early to put leandra in a tier list. Based on my own personal opinion I think she is a good hero. As i said in the video, she would definitely be up there in 5-6 or potentially maybe even 7.
@@BastienYvesRossithemis falls off BADLY starting mid game. one of the slowest dps heros at 99 speed meaning she typically dies before using her ult. and her entire play-style revolves around getting a kill which is countered by monarch synergy used by glorian teams causing her to be quite useless. don’t fall for the themis trap, elune is way better dps for beginner players.
Thanks for explaning it really well. I know the videos are long and people might not watch it all but I cant help it. It is very important to explain why heroes belong to where they are allocated. Thats what i did for themis as well. She seems like the best character in the entire game when you are new but eventually you will have to let her go.
as i understand the hero pool expands each round/190 draws... can you pull better units after round 1/2/3 etc? are there even high tier units in the pool?
Stuck on abyss 90 in rift and it’s bleak. Boss drops like 6 holy shield on his whole team, and there is twins dropping shields. I’m running dooms and have had great luck up to this point
My advice is going to be a bit blunt here but hopefully it helps, otherwise you can always join my discord and share screenshots. You can use heroes like catrina, macaria, mavis or catherine to remove holy shields from enemy. Shields is a bit harder to counter because you need exclusive runes on seraphina. If you are having difficulty killing the enemies then try switching to another synergy like glorians because the dps on dooms is comparatively low. And also make sure to use the best artifacts at your access.
@@aliahrar3151 finally got it last night! Ended up using the stun mechanic with Kristine 8* and the valiantor stun hammer artifact. I’d addition the stun glaive for dooms. Very specific combo that was only applicable to that level lol Switched back to my main dooms crew and melted through the last 10 stages and got that D/D abyss clear card 😃
dont know ifu saw it, but for duke there is currently a kinda f2p team since most of the units u use r in eth/glorian (Talanis/Karnak/Marcaria/Dorabella/Catrine) probably needing dorabella yellow exlusive karnak helps too but with these u can get into 40 witohur havin to focus anythin on mystifier
If it works then its good enough. The lineups tend to change as the game progresses, thats why I showcased the new lineups in my newer video, the one on Astrid. Also, ideally you should aim to get at least above floor 40 because thats when you start to get the fragments for D/D runes.

What do you recommend as my second gold artifact for Ethereals? I use Counterattack Horn + Shadow claw. I currently have Spear since my Karnak is an ok healer
On my testing, karnak's heal was not converted to attack when using spear. But this was before the recent update, maybe they have fixed it however, i havent checked. If it works then spear is a fantastic choice otherwise i think book of hatred is not bad. If your team cannot survive then Undying shield is a good option.
I am F2P Ethereals Counterattack horn + Shadow Claw is significantly better than Book of hatred. Getting full heal from Karnak + shields from Catrina on every dodge is huge.
That could work. You will still have enough space for book of hatred even after using horn and shadow claw. The chance on book of hatred is not super high but what it provides is substantial.
Hey bro hope all is well with you. Big fan of your work. I do some oniheroes vids as well and also just do summons mainly. I am lvl 90 and i am top 20 in server 3. But i do not see anyone creating videos of the heroes one at a time to do full reviews like how the hero works. What runes to get for it. Can you make some vidoes of top 5 heroes with runes as well.
