Found it out myself, I started doing single db rows. couldn’t get my lats fired up and pumped, tried getting more weights, nothing. Once I started letting my weights touch the floor and lifting it slowly, instant improvement!

Makes sense. I guess accumulation of fatigued cns finally caught up to me. I'll finish out this week and hit a deload to continue my training. My diet is good but I've cut carbs because my fat self doesn't need a pot belly. I have a little pouch but it's not bulging. Lots of factors. Thanks for the tip. I'll try not to gain more fat weight.

Protraction, not pronation (mentioned it wrongly twice in the video and didn't bother to rectify it, at least in the comments). It's an important distinction and makes me doubt a bit about the quality of the recommendation.

I'm big and I prefer to use lighter weight higher reps for lateral raises. It won't be 12.5 but everybody is different in size. I'll start with the 17.5 for 15 reps then 20 for one set of 15 then hit the 25 for 2 sets of 15 but I weigh 235. He's at most 165. Lighter weight more reps has given me way more size in my shoulders. Nice job dude

I bench 350 and don't use heavy for lateral raises. Sometimes you need to not worry about ego and use light weights for certain exercises for better results.

LMAO you did it WRONG in the first exercise. You do it WRONG so it does NOT work. You need to learn how to do it properly. The second exercise is LESS effective for upper chest dude😂

I could do 12 reps of 15 pounds but had to go back to 8, went from 10 kg to 7.5 and even that was hard 😭

Strongly disagree, because your upper back has nothing to do with your spine, and there are a lot of people who want to try to stretch their entire upper back and overuse spinal flexion

I never had shoulder problems until I started following the standard advice on form. Before that I just moved the bar up and down and everything felt fine, chest was being stimulated. I'm now moving back to letting my scapula move naturally as it wants to and it feels great.

Its just as simple as pushing with your arms thats it and make sure you are even on bench and have good grip bending arms is only thing you have to focus on 😊

It was all good until you actually did a repetition. You come backwards way too far, it becomes a lower back extension…. Keep ghe chest supported and only pull the weights back by imagining that your elbows are going back, as close to your body as you can. Horrible form mate, dont teach others.
