Shanks literally has the strongest haki in the one piece world that is a confirmed fact even though lunarian is very powerful shanks haki is a better choice

The reason buggy has such a high bounty is because of these two facts 1.leader of the alliance for the reason I stated earlier 2. He was part of rogers crew. Buggy has never been shown using haki in a fight and isn’t nearly that strong
I’ve never been a fan of Luffy’s English VA despite loving the rest of the cast’s English VA’s. I feel like a lot of times the voice doesn’t match serious moments in the series but this was the first time that I felt like it fit. In fact Luffy humming along with the drums 4:09 was so good I almost with Mayumi Tanaka did it herself 👏🏾
