Hi Denine, I am slowly finishing and would like to end my album with this cut file. When I try to bring the psd file into Silhouette Studio it is not compatible. How would you recommend that I save the file so I can cut? I am new to Silhouette but familiar with Photoshop Elements. Thank you for all your inspiration!!!!
You are so very welcome. Studio won't open it because it is a Photoshop file. So, my question is - how do you plan on using it? Just as I did? As just a cut file only around the outside or something else? Depending on your intentions, I can either save the different pieces for you as individual PNGs or tell you how to do it in PSE. Let me know. I'm happy to help.
@@Denine2 I would like to use it exactly the same way that you did and end the album with this page. I may need instructions on how to cut it in Sihouette though! Also did you print the black letters on a printer? I have watched and listed to your videos so many times LOL!
@@debbiestertz5998 Good morning, Debbie. If you go into the video description, I added three files that should help you in recreating this project. Please let me know if you have additional questions or if you need further explanation.
I love TNs because I can be a little more creative on a blank page and I can use up more supplies! But I do cut up and layer my pocket cards in my TN! Sometimes I will create a page with a quote and decorate it! I add lots of just fun creative pages with cards, die cuts and stamping with no pics also! It’s always fun to change it up and destash too! Love your videos and thanks for sharing! 😍❤️
Wow, this is so lovely, cohesive, and inspiring! I love seeing how you used the products because that repetition that seems like too much when I just look at the kit really works when you use it this way. Congratulations on the finish! Maybe I'll give it a try next year!
Thank you for the inspiration, Denise! I loved the elements you chose, the mix of color and B&W photos with the minimalist text captions. I’m still working on my own album and have been looking for ideas because I did not take many photos this time, especially of myself. You gave me lots of ideas for next year!
Denine - I appreciate all the info you provided in this video, challenging but important story to tell! Thank you again for sharing not only the tutorial but also your authentic self. ❤❤❤
This is so awesome! I am teaching myself Photoshop as well! It is totally new to me as I don’t know how to use Photoshop Elements either! Please share more tutorials! They are great!
Fantastic Denine, really awesome video and enjoyed watching how you created this page. I have PS Elements but was wondering what the differences are between them are and just watching you create this step by step video helps me even with PS Elements as you clearly + slowly demonstrate how to use the tools ❤️.
Good question. I simply have my digital files in folders, and I use the search function to get what I need. For example, if I want digital paper, I search for paper. It's not the best, but it works for me. If I happen across a good video for organization, I will be sure to let you know.
I LOVE this tutorial, I did not know you could change the colors like that, I have so much to learn. The spreads are awesome as usual. Thank you Denine!!💖
Always love your expertise on the computer! ❤One day I’ll get there 😊 what is the thin paper and thick paper that you use for the TN and 6x8 book/album? I love simple-photo, journal and small embellishments! Woohoo🎉
Thank you so much! The thick paper is coverstock. You can find it here: www.amazon.com/dp/B000I20NWK?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details The thinner paper is here: www.amazon.com/dp/B07QTF4CMV/?coliid=I1VVO5UHJ6K9A5&colid=3MTKILK61B94Y&psc=1&ref_=list_c_wl_lv_ov_lig_dp_it
Love this! Thank you for explaining your process at the computer, I really love your work and would like to incorporate some of your techniques in my own albums…this was so helpful. Thanks again!!
I love this so much!!! I am curious how you will work the back of the layout. Thinking about using this idea in my December Daily - still have a few layouts to finish up to complete it. Thank you!!!
