I cant get a core to save my life. I dropped a stalker guardian about a month ago and he dropped 3 ancient cores, 3!!!! Haven't seen one dropped since. Update- Dropped a stalker guardian and not only did he drop a core, he dropped a giant ancient core too. Winning!

Personally, I have previously avoided both the Lynels and guardians like they were poison, and I prefer to use one-handed weapons, simply because they allow me have Link carrying a shield. I see why you used the weapons that you did, but I'm not sure if it was a good idea for you to unequip all of Link's armor pieces, though, that would have been fatal if he'd hit you.

In the labrynth, if you never open the chest. The guardians will stay asleep until you attack them individually and will stay that way after every blood moon. Easier farming.

You can get there faster by just teleporting to the shrine after you beat it. Thanks for this! I can just port over every blood moon for guardian parts!

you can also use your shield and parry their attacks. it does way more damage that way, i personally like that way better lol
