It was a 2500 with a Duramax. I also did my Yukon XL 1500, but I just put it on a 2500 frame. If you're wanting to keep your 1500 frame, I know it's been done, but I haven't done it. The frame mounts for a 6.0 and Duramax are different in the 2500s. If the gas engine frame mounts are the same for 1500s and 2500s, you should be able to get a pair for a Duramax from a 2500HD.
