What is consider the amount of time I should stop giving it, to a 10 months baby with reflux, without impacting in their natural ability to grow their own gut good bacteria (and it could have a bad effect on natural production)?
My daughter has second pregnancy with low Vitamin D level at 10 weeks gestation. First pregnancy she had polyhydramnios and had premature membrane rupture at 37 weeks. Baby is healthy. My question is - can low D level increase miscarriage risk or stillbirth?
She a great doctor🥰!! She took care of my son who is a cfer for 12 years at choa.from tim he was first dx at 6weels old in 2002 with cf to 2013 when we move to Alabama and he started going to b'ham children's hospital cf clinic. He much prefer Atlanta any day 🥰
Hi ! I have 18 months old baby I’m breast feeding her since she born her pediatrician told me to stop breastfeeding her because she has a iron deficiency she said that what happens with breast milk is that becomes like water after a year she’s eating and getting breast milk before napping and bedtime. I guess my question is breast feeding after a year can cause baby iron issues?because apparently is not milk anymore?
I suspect that I might have cows milk allergy, so I experimented a bit ,mozzarella from buffalo milk on a pizza was OK ish ,very little reaction if any, but yesterday I baked a chocolate cake from a premixed box ,had one piece with some icing and I instantly became bright red in my face ,and I blew up like a balloon, my throat feel tight and raw ,and I'm back to wheezing and my everything hurt ,plus I'm developing a squint and double vision. So cows milk is definitely out ,buffalo milk products seem fine ,but I wonder what the difference is because cows just look like sissy versions of a buffalo .I am taking anti histamines now. Swallowing is usually hard ,and of course I passed out after eating the chocolate cake ,I'm not sure what to do about that though other than to just take anti histamines and stay the heck away from cows milk ,because this isn't how I want to look, sound or die .
Fat is a value neutral term, like "tall" or "brunette." "Overweight" is comparative to some idealized weight. "Obese" is pathologizing. Fat people like to call ourselves fat.
The two guests were referring to IgE, which stands for Immunoglobulin E. I had to look it up because I couldn't understand what they were saying at first. And, a horrible reaction to a dietary shake with milk and yogurt brought me here. I changed to a whole food diet recently and within 15 minutes of consuming that shake, I began to wheeze and cough violently, and I produced so much mucous I threw up. $hit got real...

The test about your bias against fat people is upsetting to listen to even, can you imagine if this were talking about a race or gender? This is where we're at. Smh.
Are mild allergies to dairy possible, like where maybe with eating something like ice cream causes discomfort (not life threatening) but a little butter on toast is ok.
Eczema, Asthma and recurring Inner Ear Infections are very clear symptoms. 2/3 of all humans suffer needlessly from consuming something that was never intended for us.
I have a j tube that is stitched in and have had nothing but trouble with the stitched places..I have had cancer and most of my stomach is removed. Is there a more permanent solution than this? It is too much to deal with the constant pain of the irritated stitches.

I have milk allergy and if i have milk or ice cream or some chocolate milks milkshakes all that stuff i would be sick once i went tp the hospital of how bad it was (no replys or i dies)
This video seems to kinda perpetuate the exact thing it's supposed to be bringing attention to... The fact that she mentions more than once that you don't have to attempt to change your bias and that simply being aware of it is enough.... Then what does she exactly want you to get out of this? You can't effectively expect any kind of change with this issue if you keep telling the people causing the issue that they don't have to change their bias in any way.... That tells them that their bias is correct....
I'm in my early 40s and still allergic to cow's milk. Goat butter & goat cheese are worth trying, and are often fine for our condition. Dairy-free desserts are plentiful now. And who needs to drink a glass of milk?
I know this is old but I can’t find any good information about if one should avoid dairy with a “mild” milk allergy. The doctor just said “don’t make any drastic changes”.
Maybe try avoiding it for several weeks then add it back in and see how you feel. Milk is inflammatory so substitutes are probably the way to go. I like coconut milk and almond milk.
Stay off dairy for 30 days and see how you feel that is no milk or cheese or ice cream than look into the looking glass and see if it made a difference!
Dr Steven Grundy has also been experimenting with fecal transplants and has observed disease reversals; healthy person poo given to a person with autoimmune disease(s), allergies, obesity, type 2 diabetes have had their afflictions abated if they change their diet to support the desired micro biome. The number of bacteria cells in the intestines out number the host's cells by about 20 times, so this foreign mass has immense affect on our well being and we may wonder if we are the parasite; the ultimate symbiotic relationship for which we are the pet of the microbiome..
