Those popup irons don't look near tall enough to be seen through that EOTECH on a riser that isn't quick release. I'm not so sure they clear the laser even. So why are they there?
hello, is the slide really cerakoted ? if so, where did you get it done or what brand did you use if you made it by yourself ? I tried a lot of cerakote paints but none of them came out this color, either too dark or too shiny or too dry .. I really like how it looks like, can you inform me a little more please ?
@@TRIARCSystems 100% agree. The adjustment lever is worth the trade off. The plug only really affects the vis settings (which I hardly use), so not a big deal in my book, especially considering that the unit has a vis override.
Very cool.....but $80 for a 3" arca rail is silly....especially when the 15" is $140 I'd want an 8" and the 3" to leave room for my hand in the middle so 11" of arca is $200 but 15" is $140 - 🤔make it make sense.
@@Ryan-cv9me Im not sure I believe that. These are slowly being released to agencies, and I haven't seen these come up on the gray market. Whenever we they do end up on the gray market I'm sure they will be double MSRP. What's your IG or post imgr link of your OGL
With a proper PEQ15, or newer, why do you need an external flashlight? You have all that any flashlight can offer, with a second push tape? I do dig the Sullivan folding stock! They now offer two bolt extension, the standard is heavy, the new one is half the weight allowing better gas timing of spent rounds. In a way I accidentally became part of the new part, as well as improved 4.5 gen while working bugs out of a build. I found all the weaknesses in the Sullivan , and Law tac’s. The law tac is junk poorly designed, needs constant maintenance, and they need to do two things better!! First the hinge needs better gapped pin slots with less, to no rubber washer’s, second the bolt extension needs to be available in two weights, and a few lengths! Their standard bolt extension caused buffer slap, broke firing pins, and the rubber spacers on the hinge bolt cost too much free play between the lower receiver, and buffer tube, resulting in stalled firing, buffer damage, as well as busted off six buffer pins. It’s built two wide and too heavy, and was even wearing out the front of a buffer tube, no longer useful due to all the drag, the buffer extension, slamming into it when the rubber in the hinge loosened up. Their buffer extension is also extremely short! Even with running the entire attachment lug in as far as it will go, you still have a gap in there at least a quarter of an inch, that’s what causes the buffer slap, and also causes the extension to come loose And then drag into the buffer tube, damaging it, and breaking buffer detents, including stainless steel machined detents! I use Loctite on all my builds, I grease every spring and detent, I sell my personal builds for four times the cost of parts, when I sell! I don’t do it regularly, but could make a fortune based off my reputation, and quality of work!! It took me and two other gunsmiths Six months to figure out the headaches just on the law Tactical. Sullivan arms paid more attention to what we said, resulting in the lighter extension and better fit, fixing the issue. That’s a beautiful build, but the flashlight being unnecessary just looks like you’re stacking accessories lol. I love how 10.5 is becoming so popular, at a time it was just those of us in tactical life, Socom, scout recon, door kickers, PMC, SRT✋, and swat. This size, and round combo will go down as one of the best platforms in the history of the AR/M16 ❤💣💥
I asked the same question, PEQ15 and all newer versions, have a flashlight and strobe built into them, so yes it’s an extra that’s not absolutely necessary for the use of said build. And I’m more than know what I’m talking about.
