This simulation doesn't account for the fact that the highest areas in Greenland and Antarctica are glacial ice which would have melted in this scenario.
Yea but as a pole this is predicted that a big city in pomerania or somewere else the city will just dont exist because of water rise but dont worry this is predicted for 2050 or 2100
So how come if I put ice in a glass and fill it with water and let the ice melt, that the glass of water does not overflow? Because the ice that is water has already compensated for the volume - now, in the case of this scenario - if the snow or ice was on a mountain top then there is no compensation in the sea water volume- this video also does not allow for natural changes in ground shifting and submerging (limestone caves collapsing) etc. Just thought I would put my 2 cents in BTW I'm gone by the 0190m mark :>)
