Great ...what was it transferring

What I can't understand is the re-furbishment of 40 odd year old loco's and the scrapping of much younger ones. Just why?

The horn sounds like a Class 37.

When I was a boy, my parents used to take us on holiday at "Penny's Rendevous", a group of holiday bungalows at Doniford meadow. The line curved around the meadow I I remember the diesel hydraulics well, with their 4th interval horns! Splendid days!
