@@NAADiabloImmortal am referring to the eternal gear peace which gives you unlimited shield basically when you dash. Am trying to build my tempest out and got no idea sorry. I thought the flaring lighthouse pant as eternal version would be best but I am wrong I guess.

@@NAADiabloImmortal I have them all the essence, therefore I do not understand, i watch the video when you use Rolling Surf, Primary Attack to Throw Water and Hurl Water Blades, but I only use Throw Water and not Hurl Water, I wonder why. sorry so much that i bother you a lot.

Hey great build on the 1st build how are u able to have rolling surf at 10 sec ? While using overflow on the chest... I have 3% on all reforge and 10% skill cool skillscooldown and my rolling surf start at 14 sec Thanks
Lol yea i agree. I started on release of game lead a top 3 clan for the first 6 months before i got bored. Just came back 3 weeks ago now and started fresh on a new server with tempest and WTF. They are just absurdly overpowered.
Grim rythm is also very nice for barb as it increases all you speeds not just primary attack. Mine gives me around 10% extra dmg at rank 6. Also natures temper + ardent fervor + bergbreaker gives you way more dps too. Squirm skull is better than oustlak by far and for sets the most optimal for barb is 4 issatar 2 banquet 2 vithus. Endwinter is trash as it doesn't work on any kind of bosses and there is a better essence for pants.
