This is a really good video thank you. And one thing I'd really like to congratulate you on - you explain what each function change does, you didn't just do it. That really helps with learning the synth. I have Diva, and honestly, I've not found it that easy compared to say Serum, or Vital. So again, thank you. Great video, and really useful sound too
Question - why 6 voices? Doesn’t duophonic with 2 voice stack (which is equivalent to unison, correct?) mean that only 4 voices are possible at any one time anyways??? Appreciate help as I find this to be one of the more confusing aspects of Diva.
Yes! You just gotta add more voices to make it polyphonic. In the video he changes the voices to 1, while usually the preset starts with 8 voices on Vital. You can add as many as you want to play a variety of notes at the same time.
2 envelopes in the cutoff will modulate it.. so it basically has two sources from where it gets its modulations.. just makes it more dynamic and a bit more reactive as well!
