It is for taking fresh Air from outside cabin.If we close it you have to open windows occasionally for fresh air intake

@@pathik_patel Not all parts received so I cannot install. all pipes hoses different for r134a system.condenser mounts fan shroud also different.Pipes hoses expansion valve brackets fan shroud I don't have.Trying to get all parts.

@@pathik_patel you can flush existing system and charge r134a, o rings and rubber hoses still need change .Compressor oil to r134a compatible.
