In other words, you will need to register a new company and go through the whole process all over again (Eg. register a company name, apply for a bank account etc). There are a lot of secretarial services providers out there that offer Sdn. Bhd company registration service for a small fee. Give them a call and see what the latest rates are. Salt - 10g Sugar - 5g 5 Spice Powder - 2.5g White Pepper - 2.5g Mix all those ingredients and use 2% of that mixture for every kg of meat. So for 1kg pork belly, use 20g of that mixture, that equates to 1% salt (10g) of the total meat weight. Over 1% of salt of the total meat weight and it will get salty real quick. Cant go crazy with the 5 Spice Powder either as it will overpower the whole recipe. Good luck!

Yes the lid is closed. Also, there is no thermostat function on the traditional Apollo ovens. The roasting itself relies on the experience and the skill of the chef. Ole skool style.
