Anong pag-iisip to? Kelan pa naging catered for foreign students ang UP? At para sa tourism ang UP? Sure ka dyan? Ang daling sabihin na dapat ayusin pero may budget ba? Kada taon laging binabawasan budget ng UP at ng public universities at schools in general. Ang issue ay sa gobyerno na hindi naglalaan ng sapat na pera para sa edukasyon.

Gov't responsibility and UP and a few other public schools sa lahat ng bansa dahil bansa ang mayari ng mga institution na yan or budgeted from taxes and some other revenue generated by the country's economy. This is it! Go ask money from the gov't to upgrade the look of old UP and other gov't owned public schools. Goberno ang may ari ng mga schools sa boong bansa at sila din ang mag gastos ng pang repair at ground-maintenance to keep them tidy and orderly.
