I have a question about real estate school. There are no pre lic. Schools in my area but there are prep schools close to me. Do I have to take classes In the state I am in?

I love hearing Gary explain what’s going on in the market. For instance thank goodness for new construction and Commodities increases the value of houses. Your ability to hold onto real estate and your ability to commit ultimately is your decision. In a booming market you stop doing fundamentals and when the market shifts you don’t have the skills necessary for the market of the moment. The fundamentals of lead generation and scripting everyday is our job and the agent has to know what is going on. The more value you have the more opportunities you will receive in the market. Never drop your 36 touch programs. Everyday do the things necessary to do what is necessary to get to connect to and feed our database.
