The NIRA Laser feels like a warm pulsing sensation on your skin. It should feel like warmth, not pain. Five settings enable you to adjust the laser to your skin's sensitivity. A small percentage of users experience mild stinging and discomfort due to having sensitive skin. Some customers have found that as they consistently continue using the laser, they build up a tolerance and the discomfort goes away over time. Note that applying two pulses back to back in the same location will cause pain. Be sure to move the NIRA to a new spot for each treatment. If you treat the same spot twice in a row, the heat in your skin may build up to a point where you feel discomfort or pain. We advise waiting a minute between uses, treating no more than twice in an hour, and waiting a minute between treatments. Also, when your face has moisture while using the NIRA laser, that moisture will heat up and you might feel discomfort or pain.

I have both the nuface professional with 400 amp and the Bear 2, but the foreo is much more powerful...getting muscle ticks with the foreo Bear but not with the nuface ...the Bear feels like my EMS devise Purelift...both I can feel in my muscles!
