Good start. Now work on marching getting them knees up to 90s. Work on togetherness- all movement needs to be level the same (that left arm without no mace), height. Whistle blowing needs is own day. And everything, every movement should be done by count. Let's work hard. First week was getting it down, now let's execute, and we will see how they turn out.
