Yes! Lucid Dreaming is a great metaphor for spiritual awakening in our lives. Knowing about it is one thing, but going through the process and experiencing it is another. I might stay saying that phrase when something profound happens: "Oh my mind!"
Kathleen is the Sherlock Holmes of dreams! - Her story is so inspiring! I admire her courage to examine her own inner life, and to use herself as a laboratory to unravel the riddles of the unconscious. What she shares is priceless!
I am a W.I.L.D sleeper. It happened by accident. It is extremely unreal. Its like you're in another demention and you're actually there. Its very real and vivid. Yes I have flown alots of times. Its like you're superman in real time. It can also be very dangerous because the mind plays tricks during that state. Like something dark or something very pleasing trying to keep you while you trying to wake up. I think thats where people dies in there sleep. W.I.L.D is not for the faint of hearts..
