When I used to work for another company that did slip seating we would be told to show up for work at a certain time but we did not start getting paid until we got a truck. Sometimes we would be sitting there for up to an hour waiting for a day shift driver to bring his truck back. So I guess what I'm wondering is, for example, if they tell you to show up at 3:00 p.m., so you get there at 3:00 p.m. but there's no truck for you to drive are you on the clock at that time? Or do you have to wait for a truck before they start to pay you?

The feedback I can give to XO OR XPO is 1 out of 10 in my experience... - busy of power ( broker abuse the owner operator) . - don't pay detention... - bad in communication - don't have respect about the driver (owner operator) - broker don't believe there tracking (ROX APP OR MACROPOINT - broker create problems to don't pay you. I have to many bad experiences with your broker and I don't know who to complain with it ... But please fix your broker..
