Hi, could you tell me what is the height of the model please? Is this chair suitable for short people at 5.2"? I am concerned about the seat being too long for the knees/ back not reaching the backrest
I have one of these chairs and I cant seem to get it to raise high enough I have two desks and my normal chair I can see out over into the yard and the new chair it wont raise as high as the old one have I done something wrong in assembly ?
Hi Mary. Every office chair will be able to raise to different heights. Our Esme office chair has a range of 420-530mm for its seat height. If you're unsure about the assembly of the chair, be sure to ring our helpful sales team and they'll be able to walk you through the process. Our lines are open Monday-Friday 9am-4:30pm.
I got this chair, and I have to say I'm almost moved to tears. 8 years with another chair, I thought it was supposed to be comfortable but I had no idea. Also, this is metal, excellent quality, really stunning
