🫎❤️They are all so beautiful, well-fed, even 2-3 year olds, it’s very interesting what this year will bring. Study moose, document everything, meet friends, and (even just one phrase makes it easier) - breathe clean, cool air! God, after a month of 34C heat, it’s finally fresh air came in my region too. I'm definitely a moose - my max is 21C))🫠😂

Great line-up. Fernando's antlers resemble Swagger's cervina antlers... that villain! Please remind me, Boris showed up in 2023, didn't he? I gotta root for that old man. 😂

I also hoped beyond hope (and reason) that 22 would show up last year... still do! I seem to recall they're in different areas, but "Son of's" brow tines sure looked like 22's brow tines in 2022. It was nice to see.

Thank you ! I am looking forward to your videography on moose this year. Is there a name for a group of moose?

If you don't mind: on a larger scale, all the moose in an area represent the herd. Particularly in interior Alaska, rutting bulls may gather a harem of cows. I'm not sure what you'd call all the moose you can see, other than maybe a group of five (e.g.).

KNOW, when questioning maturity, seniors “dapper-beard length” is longer.
@MooseManNaturePhotos
@MooseManNaturePhotos День назад
The beards (bells, dewlaps) all vary in size and really have no bearing on dominance or age other than the very young bulls have nothing much in the way of a bell. Ropes likewise have no bearing, and they tend to get frozen and fall off. Thanks for watching!

What a great Bull Grumpy was! This video told a great story of who he was! I’ve only been around for a couple years watching your videos! so this video of Grumpy is pretty spectacular! I really enjoy how you narrate him. He was one big Bull with lots of character! Thank you! Can’t wait for your new videos of this year!

Adult moose can range in size from 800 pounds (small adult female) to1,600 pounds (large adult male), and they can be up to almost 6 feet tall.
