Glad to see you going with Pro charger Kevin. One of my goals I’ve set for myself is to get a training session in with you. I just started working out at 36 bc I struggled with drugs for too long. But I have 6 years clean and sober. I found what I’ve always been missing in the gym. I absolutely love it. Your a big inspiration of mine 💯
Hell yea man I love that you’re building a car. One day I hope to do the same. I just started working out July 2nd 2023 at the age of 36. Today I was told I was probably around 8 to 9 percent body fat and jacked. The jacked part is true but the body fat is hard for me to believe. I love it working out and you’re a huge inspiration and it’s saved my life. Your Mr O in my book brother. Keep doing what your doing 💯
Kevin I’ve been a fan of yours for many years, one of my all time favourite bodybuilders. As a drag racer myself, I had no idea that you were also into racing. So damn cool. Would love to hear more about your racing interest/background on a podcast or yt interview one day. Car looks great!
