I wish I never worked in L’Oréal… Garnier CPD marketing team was the most toxic workplace I have ever experienced. And I have 10+ years of work experience. After months of emotional abuse, gaslighting, humiliation (by my manager and director) I was even diagnosed with work-related anxiety depression disorder. But HR did not care. And my colleagues too afraid to speak up. So I finally decided that enough is enough and right now I am leaving the company. Be careful. Abuse can happen everywhere. And often when it does you will have to deal with it completely alone with no protection. L’Oreal has inspiring values list - all of which in my department was simply on paper and never in real life.
Hello 😊 could I apply to a communication job even I'm 38 years old, I don't know French language and I'm not fluent in English ? 😅 I can understand English very well but when it's about speaking , I have trouble. I'm looking for new challenge , I already was in Paris this year and I really liked the diversity there.
