At Publix you work holidays, nights, and weekends so kiss your life goodbye! Plus, its slave labor if you're a stock clerk. There's nothing special about working at Publix and i was with them for 10 years. Now i work a great job, 4 days a week and never looking back!

@@t.bailey5043 Hello! So you can’t set your own schedule however, you can provide them with your availability and they will schedule you according to the needs of your department. Yes, you can work another job and stay with them. I worked for a bank and Publix at the same time in the past. 💚 Hope this helps!
@@Kashea_Allen Can you work at another store the same time you work at your main store. For example if you want extra hours and another store needs a meat cutter. Can I work at the store that needs a meat cutter to make more hours?
@@t.bailey5043 ABSOLUTELY! Just can’t continuously get full time hours. So as long as you stay under 32 hours collectively between the stores you are good to go!
I just applied for 20 hour per week part time. I have selected only 3 days of the week and only morning hours that I would be available to work. Is being very selective (specific) on what days/times one can work make it more difficult to be considered for employment? In your experience, what do you think? Any feedback would be appreciated.

I hope I get the job I called today and talked to the customer service team leader and she wrote down my info and asked me questions and said she would call me back shortly so I hope tomorrow they call me back
@@Kashea_Allen I got an email saying my interview was for 6/17 but they didn’t send it until 6/24 I called them back and they wrote down my name and number again but I got a job somewhere else tomorrow is my first day
I just got hired as a Grocery clerk about a week ago and i love my coworkers and store manager.... i feel treated with Respect and in all of my years of working that has never happened before ❤❤❤

man i use to work grocery in publix for 10 years. i use to be so broke. publix does not like paying people at all. they give you stocks so youll stay with the company forever. if you ever decide to cash in the 401k before 65.. your gana have to pay like 50% back in taxes... no overtime, no paid vacation, no sick time. trust me. would you rather be broke with stocks.. or have money with no stocks..
Lord I’m halfway through this video and she reminds me of Kamala Harris.. just skirting around and saying word after word of nothing. Not to mention the lack of public speaking skills with all of the pauses and the (So, Anyway, you know, bout to, gone get and I mean’s). She really should have paid attention in English language. Do you need to work in the pharmacy or be registered to be able to take the exam ? How do you register ?? Can I take the exam even though I don’t work in a pharmacy?
I just got my pharmacy tech trainee license I went online to the Texas State Board of Pharmacy it cost 55.00 for the registration plus you have to get your fingerprints done for a background check that's another 40.00 wait 3 days after you've taken your fingerprints and call the company to get your results they'll tell you where to call to get your license number then go back online to the Texas Board of Pharmacy or whichever state you live in and print out your certificate I think working at a pharmacy first can give you an advantage you can ask the pharmacist you work for tips also the other pharmacy techs who'd recently took the exam
@@eedndee No you have to register with the state first as a pharmacy tech trainee then background check once you are cleared then you get your license/certificate then after that you can either pay the 130 to sign up for the exam you can also start working at the pharmacy as a pharmacy tech trainee while you study to take the exam get some hands on experience like a paid internship
There are a lot of problems there about to say kaboom 🤯 💥 I work there from 2017 to 2024 they promote grocers that do not know how to use a palet jack and I never give me a chance they keep jumping full of you know what and they expect you to work really or do a good job or over do went you never get a freaking full time then they ask you to train the new full timers DF.
I am a 3d signature cale artist and chef and id love to work for publix as im needing to help my husband make some money to get so bills paid and take care of our children and find a house very very quick
I have a cousin who never studied much, we studied together but she gives most of her time to her phone than her studies after writing the PTCB exam last month she passed and i failed😢, i asked her how she did it, just found out she got help from Mrs Virginia

Yes, too many resources can cause brain overload and less retention success!! For this exam one source with routine studying was most helpful for me! Good luck!!!!🍀
