Cometi o mesmo erro que você, mais na minha máquina o cabo quebrou e não chegou a sair do conector do porta escovas e eu consegui emendar. O seu deu um trabalhão.
It's a very unprofessional video. I didn't even get any knowledge by watching this. And yes, I guess someone edited or clipped out that part of the video and replaced it back in the video where this "professional" "repair person" eventually showed how the chuck was removed in it's wholeness. The gears of the momentum wheels should never really be replaced like that on the inside of this drill, because dragging all dirt back together in the drill from the table and everything else is so nasty!
@@powertoolsclinic You must learn how to write first of all without grammar mistakes and other language barriers and then you can contact me. My message to you was clearly about something else other than a disassembling of a Makita DHP481 hammer drill.
@@powertoolsclinicBonjour je n'arrive pas à enlever les 2 charbons, ils sont apparemment bloqués Dois je forcer au risque que les fils de cuivre cèdent ?
@@powertoolsclinic This is a Makita HM1307C Demolition Hammer! The problem is that it won't start! The green LED on the controller lights up, but the engine does not start! I replaced the controller, but the controller is not the fault!! I connected 12V to the brushes and the engine started! I measured the stator with an ohmmeter, without a brush holder! There is resistance between only 2 outputs, nothing can be measured between the others! Maybe one of the coils is broken?
Check the carbon brush if the carbon brush is short Replace it with the new one for the good of your machine Replace all O rings and Hammer grease inside the machine but if you don't know how to Disassemble contact your local Makita distributor or dealer in your country thanks
Check your clutch cam or swash bearing if it worn-out you need to replace it with a new one if still not rotating Check the tool holder & spur gear but you can't disassemble them if don't have special tools
Hi there, so what was the problem? Mine after 5 years no abuse, stopped working.. Intermittent motor signal. but the gearing seems ok. Could be the switch? Thanks
