Hello, they both have their own benefits. Cerakote goes on thinner then powder coat. Won’t mess up dimensional tolerances as bad as powder coat. So just really depends on what you want to cerakote or powder coat. I’m a cerakote certified applicator so that’s what I do. I have done crank arms, stems, bash guards, derailleur and handlebars. Both products are fantastic products and do what they are designed for very well.
Thank you. With cerakote you don’t use primer. You just spray the raw material. The colors I used were burnt bronze Maine frame and graphite black on rear frame.
@@SuperMsp3 Thank you very much for your reply. After watching the video again I realized that that was a aluminum frame and not carbon fiber. I have I carbon fiber frame that I am working on that has some imperfections from removing the old paint, I called Cerakote they dont recommend using primer, but they said it was OK to do so as long as you prep the part veery well before applying cerakote
@@megalomadolf we have sprayed carbon fiber before. We didn’t spray primer on it. We just prepped it really well and it’s holding strong. What are you planning for the color on the frame?
Roger Baker hey! It’s located in Lakemary Florida. Here’s the gps from google maps. It takes you right to the the entrance (28.7933551, -81.3979140) hope this helps. Ride safe
The problem with air suspension is you have to adjust the pressure, when you go out, and some times even during the ride. But I don't have to do that anymore cus I have coil front and back.
Johannes Nilsen I never had to check the air before. I got this shock used and it went flat. The parson said they just did a service on it. I was thinking of going coil on the rear sometime soon.
@@SuperMsp3 pressures can change from location not location, trough elevation, or even at the same places trough the day, or the next. but with coil that's not a problem, also coil is more consistent.
my new bike has coil front and back so I don't have to do this, but I did not have a high pressure pump anyway but I have a Lezyne Alloy drive, but it's high volume not pressure. I used Shock pump on my previous bike.
The Adventure Biker 😂😂 not this place lol. They have a spot for ebike a to ride up the lower area. Not sure about the upper. If I made that climb I would have rode down haha
@RJ Producttions I do ride the Wednesday evening/night ride most nights. I ride silver and red trek fuel ex5. I have a red and black poc helmet. I wear a scoot T or a T that’s says I feel crank. Come say hey when you see me.
CT TNA thank you. I think the vortex trail is 2-3 miles long. But the whole place has hundreds of miles to ride. Check out my Instagram @ms3guy1. Send me a message and let me know when you plan on coming down. I can show you all the cool stuff. 🤙
Awesome trails and views bruh!!!!!!!!!! Where is that? I upload MTB vids from Barcelona, Spain, and it's incredible having the view of the city while riding down but dude that's sick!!!!! Keep grinding it😉🤙
