Villa Nueva, thank you for trying to avoid another legal action for the City. FYI, every employee is watching and learning how employees are treated. Not very good!!!
Two commissioners clearly see what's going on here, they are trying to be fair and avoid a lawsuit for the City of Sweetwater. Why is this so difficult, really an 18 year employee is on probation? That's a lose lose for the city. Our attorney is going to lose his argument, any arbitrator will side with the employee.
It's Miami-Dade county! Everyone dances babies to ancients! And no shame just joy in dancing! "Miami" consists of many small municipalities including, Sweetwater, the City of Coral Gables, South Miami, Coconut Grove to name some and of course the "City of Miami."
