Well, that horrible music made me irritated! Great for an 18yr old who’s at a Rave, but not great for old woman looking for a new vacuum! I was hoping for someone to tell me what it’s like. I want to see the vacuum working. I want to hear how loud it is. I want to watch it being manoeuvred around furniture or stairs. This was a very disappointing video I’m afraid and I can’t see the point of it, because it was just showing me all the plastic parts. I’m going off to look elsewhere for an unboxing with commentary instead of loud, banging, irrelevant music!

Hi I’m concerned that in between order and delivery this product I have bought was opened and tampered with can you please confirm if the product was in film packaging or sealed by any other means? I would be extremely great full for a response thank you
Does it need to be charged at any point? I have one a couple of years old and today light did not turn on and not recognized on computer. Did i lose everything on it?
No, it doesn't need to be charged. It is powered by USB 3.0 when you connect it to your PC. Try a different USB port or PC, or disconnect the drive inside and put it back again. Also it has an ON/OFF switch - maybe you switched it by accident? other option is that there is something wrong with the cable. And if this is not - then bad news - the drive might be dead...
You tested a 9-volt battery on the CR-V3 battery terminals. CR-V3 batteries are 3 volt. A 9-volt battery will always make the the tester read full. The 9-volt battery tester is the two buttons at the upper right corner of the tester. I saw you pressing them as buttons. They are not buttons. They are the terminals for a 9-volt battery. You put the small terminal on the small button and the big terminal on the big button to read a 9--volt battery's charge.
