Congrats! I’ll have gone 2 years this coming New years. Non alcohol beer helped me a lot just to trick my brain with that reward. I no longer drink that unless I am out (better than soft drinks). What I still struggle with is staying out late in a group. I tend to get bored and tired at the end of the night without the alcohol. Of course this is what is natural without a drug and a small price to pay compared to the benefits.

Congrats on nearly 2 years! The non-alcohol beer trick is great. Staying out late can be tough without the buzz, but you're right-it's a small price to pay for feeling better overall!

Great motivational video. I have been trying to focus on myself a lot lately funny for the last month I feel I have decreased stress been more positive but last night while meditating I felt stressed a lot fir done reason just trying to figure out why the last two days I have been more stressed

Great vid, when I started my journey, I started at just 4k per day, slowly increasing , peaking to 12k per day, 6 months later. Did wonders in reducing my body fat.

I'm eating only fruit and vegetables, and milk with whey proteins added and sometimes a bit of chicken beef but i feel kinda low energy, any recommandations?
