Customers want their builds quicker? Invest in pre-fab for common components (like the Chinese do), use warehouses (rather than relying on ALL components to arrive on site the same day as building), there are so many things these overpaid white collar idiots can do but choose not to. Paid a fortune to stuff around using Grade 9 formulas in Excel and manage the company via Outlook all day.
