Murarrie is 7kms from Brisbane CBD and still undervalued as a Bridesmaid suburb. Lower buy in and infrastructure pipeline leading to the 2032 Olympics. Murarrie even has a beach ⛱️. Search for Colmslie Beach Reserve...

You also need to address the evaporation of trust in the construction industry. New homes are built with the same quality as a Big Mac at 2am, meanwhile under skilled builders with zero ethics are putting their grubby hands out for +30% more money

Exactly, we broke so many Toshibas and Dells that from point of around year we use only thinkpads in my company - exactly around 500 now and growing, until every is changed to Lenovo.

A lot of bs in this video. Getting material quotes and ordering can be done in a short term, with no unexpected rises. contracts constructed to require material requotes outside of maximum quoted timeframes. Not rocket acience

It is important to highlight any issues that you come across during the inspection and make the relative party aware of those damages or changes at pre-settlement. Depending on your situation, the contract may be open for renegotiation or you may be entitled to a second inspection after the issues have been dealt with. It is best to speak to your solicitor or conveyancer in these situations.

fun fact in 75 a jug of beer, a pie and chips was $4 net wage about $250 a week Roll on 2024, no pub in Oz does jugs, the pies are $12 and chips are $8 and the income?? Well lets not go there. A Kw of electricity was 6 cents and zero supply fees The 1st 150,000 ltrs of water was free, now its $2 a Cube plus over $1 a day supply charge Gas? Lol that has become a total scam, dumped my supplier 5 years ago and switched to bottle gas, 10x cheaper Solar?? Another scam, the Grid takes everything and you buy off them at market rates lol

The logistics of the industry is the problem. Too many false promises to customers and not enough time planning how to execute a build logistically. Too many managers want it all now now now! Customers want their builds quicker? Invest in pre-fab for common components (like the Chinese do), use warehouses (rather than relying on ALL components to arrive on site the same day as building), there are so many things these overpaid white collar idiots can do but choose not to. Paid a fortune to stuff around using Grade 9 formulas in Excel and manage the company via Outlook all day.

I was talking to a manager once on the Optus stadium build he said construction companies price at cost to win the job and then load up variations to make there money if you priced a job to make money you will never win a contract
