It's an arrangement of the Jacob Collier version of Moon River. Theres nothing wrong with saying "By Jacob Collier" since it is fully modeled based on the version "By Jacob Collier"
Overall pretty good! I marched lead baritone in 08 when we played this. Only thing that threw me was the dotted eighth pattern in measures 13-16. They were quarter note triplets originally.
I saw your arrangement for Golden Hour and honestly I have to say I didn't like the sound of it that much, but this one is incredibly good! Good job man!
This arrangement is absolutely amazing. Nothing against you but you could've put this in virtually any other key to make it slightly easier for younger players to be able to read. F# major is brutal with all of those sixteenth notes lol
It becomes a range issue very quickly however. Any higher goes above a high C# and any lower below a low F#, neither of which are ideal. But I agree if I were to do it again I would put it in G
@@parkerbrookins yeah I definitely get it. I ran into the same problem on a few arrangements of my own. It's rough getting all the parts to line up and then to pick the best possible key for the piece. But like I said, this is a very beautiful arrangement.
