This was pretty cool ... one comment ... get a pop filter or better position your mic. Those plosives could propbably have knocked down a building. LOL
For the Vader shot you say "light coming from everywhere" whereas I see a TONNE of negative fill in that original shot. Look at the camera left side of Vader's helmet, torso and cape, there's almost no shadow detail there in the orig, which to me indicates a big black solid just off camera, soaking up the light. So pretty much the the opposite of what you're saying. Work on your observational skills, you'll get there. You've got the enthusiasm and that's important, but don't get stuck at the wrong end of the Dunning Krueger curve and spread incorrect info.
You went into great depth about luke looking at the twin suns and how the light from the sun hits the side of the face away from the cam... then create dyour shot with no light at all on the side facing the sun and the red light on the other side. You did the complete opposite to what you said and what the original shot was like... after that I stopped watching, feeling that my time was being wasted. I cared enough about your passion for it to feedback though.
How is the Beauty build working out? I just want reassurance that all is okay with the build. I'm going to follow your build and build one at work. I will order everything but the RTX 6000s. I am just doing green screen. So I will get a liquid cooked RTX 4090.
these were rly cool i liked the breakdowns and explanation before the final shots! a couple of the shots' subjects looked too sharp idk how to describe it im not a camera guy. lighting was great for all of them tho! 4:15 was really well done and 6:20 was my favorite
Is there anywhere that you talk about how you get your scene to the wall? I've been stuck. I've got a render node displaying the scene, but the camera doesn't update
I have an RX 6700XT, and I am a beginner in UE5, so I was thinking of swapping my GPU with an RTX 4060, as Nvidia has good support for development software. I need suggestions.
OMG! Amazing shoot. Very jealous ... that being said ... plosives are drving me crazy. LOL DON'T TALK STRAIGHT INTOP IT. LOL angle it toward your mouth so the explosions of breath don;t smack the capsule!!!
Well, now first build for production, a 3090 and 7900x3D with 64GB of ram seems like a budget PC. Lol But i'm just starting Unreal 5 and Blender, so hopefully it should do me for a few years...
Boooring why it is always the same story. Booooo! You have such an interesting alien Lovecraftian universe made for you, and you guys always do the same boring story over and over. It is not scary it is boring. Also we glad that she died she was cursing in such a cringe manner.
Great work, you really matched the sets with the LED volume well. I wonder how long did it take you to prepare the physical sets and props? It’s something that I find a bit hard especially for sci fi projects. When shooting my last virtual production short film we literally used garbage that we got from a local restaurant as set decorations 😅 Anyway great job 👍
