Howdy! We do streams, tournaments, replays, community events, one-off meme videos, rants, complaints, predictions and anything else I feel like doing mostly Warhammer 2/3 content. If you like it stick around!
In a Warhammer II 3v3 game I once kept two flanking carnosaurs at bay with two units of skavenslave spears in the rear. Kept my whole team's artillery online all game long. It felt glorious. The guy with the carnosaurs was so afraid of the "counter" that he wasn't willing to pounce in and just shatter the rats. Best gold I ever spent.
I would totally agree depending on the matchup. If you know you're opponent is going to bring Seafang or Searing Doon or another AP spell then you're storm vermin will falter. Well there's a 50/50 on that if they decide to target the Frontline. But for the most part I do agree
6:43 The Hunters last two shots double hit the chariot given it's max damage per shot assuming no armor is 420 damage per missile. If CA actually fixes this bug (which they have listed in their patch notes) I expect a lot of missiles are going to feel like absolute garbage.
"Why did they hire Skryre in the first place?" Given it's the skaven, I'm pretty sure an acceptable answer would be that they just didn't want to do it themselves.
7:37 Yes, undercasting Traitor-kin is more efficient. Traitor-kin normal cast deals average of 50 damage per tick x 13 ticks = 650 / 11 WoM = average of 59.1 damage / WoM. The overcast version deals average of 75 damage per tick x 13 ticks = 975 / 18 WoM = average of 54.2 damage / WoM.
dont quite get why the ogres brought flock of doom, if you are fighting BM what else are they gonna spend money on? gors? unlikely, the 2 most consistent units are centigors and minotaurs
For anyone wondering this does not work this easily the enemy can just make a wide line of his cheap melee u its and kill this. The trick was always to A pick the right matchup andB use things like bomber mobs and sems to kill the enemy light melee units.
Bit bummed about the hotfixes messing the replays. The Bo3 against Curieux was a really even scrap. And ArchAngel doesn't do global bans which threw me really off-guard and we ended up playing 2 mirrors.
Also worth noting is if your guns try running from a pitched engagement the attacker can end up triggering its charge bonus when pursuing. Not sure exactly how it maths out in practice (less units engaged vs charged up attackers) but if you're going to be suffering either way you might as well shoot back.
