Sach sach batana ki yaha sectors mai mazdoor rahte hai ya nahi aapke padosi bankar....mante hai ki mazdoor bhi insaan hai par har koi apne jstatus ke hi padosi chahta hai...bahut se ghar hai jinme ghas phis ho rakha hai.... rental income hai nahi karodo ke plot lekar....

It was 70 lakhs last year. Financers have inflated price like anything. Jab lene jaoge to bolenge ki 50 lakh cash do baaki white me. Entire greater Noida is filled with such property.

Genuine rate calculation of 60 mtr plot max justifiable rate in future 60 sq mt = 645 sq ft Rate of mid luxury flat in greater noida west new launch 12500 psf (eldeco) inclusive of plc and gst Price of 645 sq ft x 12500 = 8062500 Thumb rule says constructed plot should be priced double of flat So max possible rate for 60 mtr plot is 645 x 12500 x 2 = 16125000 Means abhi 35 lakh ki appreciation max ho sakti hai.

धन्यवाद नकुल भाई . ओमीक्रॉन 3 वाकई बेहतरीन सेक्टर है, अथॉरिटी के प्लॉट्स की बात ही अलग है, अगर पैसा होता तो मैं प्लाट लेकर उसे अपनी पसंद से बनवा कर यहीं पर रहता। पर अब मध्यम वर्ग ग्रेटर नॉएडा में अथॉरिटी प्लॉट नहीं ले सकता ये भी एक कड़वी सच्चाई है।आज मिडिल क्लास ग्रेटर नॉएडा अथॉरिटी का 60 मीटर का प्लाट भी ले सके तो भी बहुत बड़ी बात है, रेट नीचे नहींआने वाले अब यह भी एक हकीकत है, जो किसी के कहने से बदल नहीं जाएगी।
