I’m having a high percentage of “no cartridge” messages on my Geek Vape Soul devise. A large amount of new tanks fail to work all; some work for a few fires only to fail thereafter. When this happens I clean the bottom of the cartridge with a dry paper towel as well as the pins and magnets on the top of the body. This sometimes helps, but, more often than not, fails to remedy the problem. When I get the Soul to work, it’s fabulous! The flavor is intense, and there is no leakage. I love it! Unfortunately, however, the vast majority of cartridges are of no use. I loose a large amount of e-liquid with every failed cartridge connection and throw out more cartridges than I can count! It’s very frustrating and wasteful. If I can’t find a solution, I’ll have to find a new vape system. Any suggestions? Will the manufacturer reimburse me for the many, many lost cartridges or replace them? I’m so frustrated!

Children are allowed access to alcohol and alcohol based products, flavoured alcohol pops, flavoured cider, the list goes on... I don't hear about the parents of these kids who allow them to vape being criticized! Totally agree Marcus, even as an adult Vapor, before I found Totally Wicked, I was unintentionally smoking illicit, illegal disposable vapes, that were in normal high street Vape Stores, purporting, to be ethical stores, with absolutely no advice or information given re, the vapes I was buying, unlike Totally Wicked, where I was offered lots of advice regarding what would be best for me, I'm now using a refillable vape, with the lowest percentage... Let's make legislation easier to enforce, by closing down the stores that are selling not only illegal and illicit vapes, but also happily selling them to kids! Keep up the good work Marcus and your lovely approachable staff at the head office of TWV Store.
You need to make sure the atomise is lined up. Either facing upward or down. The shape of the head fits perfectly and snug . Love my vape. It works perfect
Got one of these free through my gp via txt of them. For Manchester area uk peeps only. I installed an app via the link in the txt message called smoke free (it has a green heart icon). From there I claimed via inliine chat confirming I wasn't on oxygen ect name address email mobile ect they then sent me a claim code for 6 small ejuice and 1 tornardo gtl. Saved me £46.

I want to know where the silicon ring, the small white one, is supposed to go. I've assembled the e-cig as shown bit I've had to guess where the silicone ring goes and I'm clearly getting it wrong because when I try to vape I'm getting a mouthful of hot oil and it isn't very pleasant.
If gurgling and you got an adjustable air valve below the coil you can just blow the flood out through that. Have some tissue ready. Remember to open the air valve before first puff and to close when filling and then open to puff again. Air valves can leak so close when left charging with liquid in tank.
I’ve bought quite a few e-cigs in the past and have never been able to get on with them. This device has been completely different and when I did run in to trouble, a lady at Totally Wicked sorted me out over the phone. There’s stuff you need to know and she really helped me with practical guidance. This device has gotten me through to day 4 of giving up cigarettes and I really doubted that it could do it. The battery lasted three days and I’m a 25 cigs a day smoker. It charges in 30 mins. I’ve had gurgling liquid and now know how to sort it. I burnt the first atomiser out and now know what I did wrong. I know what the buttons do and which way to face the tank and why. Just settle down with this kit, learn how to use it, get help if you need it and it will help you get off the blimming cigarettes.
Good video, but is it really under 2 minutes if a part of the process involves waiting 5 - 10 minutes? Eh. I guess it doesn't really matter. 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes. Your video helped me out either way, so thanks!
I have an error saying atomiser low. I have cleaned all parts and changed the coil 3 times. Any ideas what the issue is? It’s less than 6 months old so shouldn’t be dead yet
What's up with the little metal wire coming from the metal plate on the tank to the coil, I'm assuming it's a neutral? Can that making bad contact cause the error issue
@@laceybiginton8574Yh just found out why, in the instructions when they say add 2 drops to the primer it’s not meant to be inside the actual primer it’s meant to go on the white wool part shown in the video
@@raheemanderson3839 thank you I think I may have over primed it so going to leave it to dry out. Where are the round silicone circles meant to go? I can’t see any video telling us ?
@@laceybiginton8574 think they’re replacements not too sure Instead of letting it try out just take the primer out, wrap a tissue around the bottom of it (where the white wool is) and blow into the primer so the liquid gets out then clean the tank with tissue again then do it again
Still struggling to open the top part of the the same vape pen, looks easy on the video (recently bought) so had to take it off and fill it up at the bottom instead and hold the top to stop it leaking 🤦🏻♀️
I juat got mine yesterday and im already disappointed. Even if i put a small amount of liquid in it just ends up being slurped into my mouth. I know its not over filled because ive put it well below the first line, but thay still seems to be far too much for the pod to handle.
